We process orders Monday through Friday, but major holidays like Christmas, Labor Day, and Eid are not included in our processing schedule. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx.  

Our processing time is usually 3 days, excluding holidays and weekends. During the holiday season it can be up to 6 days. If you have a question about current times, email us at info@lusciouslathers.com.

We currently only ship within the United States. However, this may change in the future.

Due to the nature of the products we make and sell for our customers’ personal body care, our products are not eligible for returns.  We will make an exception to this policy if your items arrive damaged (a leaky bottle or jar).  

Damaged Items
We require notice of damage within 3 business days of receipt.  Please send a photo of the product and your order number and the tracking number to us at info@lusciouslathers.com.

Items not received
If your order doesn’t arrive by the shipper’s stated delivery time, please first contact the shipper.  If your item hasn’t arrived after 5 business days of contacting the shipper, please contact us at info@lusciouslathers.com.  Please include your order and tracking number in your email.
